Precision Machined Products
Milling
Our milling machines are suitable for the machining of a variety of materials and sizes of parts. Also offering the extended capabilities of using 4th Axis and Renishaw probing.
Turning
We have a variety of CNC turning capacities from a standard 2 Axis lathe to Multi Axis lathes. Also offering live tooling capabality allowing us to machine mill features directly onto any turned component.
Wire Cutting
Our AG600L Wire Machine utilising 0.25 wire can split parts and profiling to a very high standard. Also offers a milling aid for more complex and intricate parts.
Service & Repair
We can offer a tailored service and repair option for a Customer's existing product.
Coating & Finishing
We are able to offer In-house shot-blasting, zinc phosphate coating, deburring, polishing and edge breaking. We can also source and manage the supply of a wide range of coating/treatments for parts to suit your specific requirements.
